With your solar plexus chakra, you are shining your power out into the world. Here, matter is transformed into energy with the help of the digestive organs. This fiery driving force drives you out into life and pushes you to personal development.
How do you make your decisions?
In the area of the solar plexus you also make many of your decisions and then focus your willpower to implement these in your life. The better you succeed in this, the higher your self-esteem, your confidence, and your sense of independence.
We usually make important decisions “out of the gut”. For many people, this process runs unconsciously: the abdomen weighs between positive and negative aspects, but in most cases does not share these intermediate steps with you. Instead, a final decision is made and the information is sent to the brain. This quickly thinks up a few logical reasons why we should decide this way … and voilà: We have decided! ?
But for many people it is quite normal to pay attention to their gut feeling. They are already consciously making all the important decisions from this point, regularly perceiving this feeling, whether it feels “good” or if there is a discrepancy.
Is your solar plexus chakra in harmony?
With a balanced third chakra, you will feel a sense of inner wisdom, trust, determination and personal power. It will then be easy for you to implement new ideas and plans in the material world.
You will know and appreciate yourself very well, and therefore you will see other people very clearly, which is especially beneficial if you can and want to help these people.
With a harmonious solar plexus chakra, you know your own limits and know how to apply them lovingly but powerfully to the outside world.
You have control over your thoughts and emotional reactions and you feel at peace with yourself.
The overactive third chakra
If your solar plexus chakra is overactive, you may manipulatively extend your personal power over yourself to other people around you.
This can manifest in, for example, anger, excessive control addiction to the last detail, greed (overly competitive behavior), and lack of compassion or empathy.
The weakened solar plexus chakra
In a weakly developed or blocked third chakra, on the other hand, life can become a series of disappointments and frustrations. You will then often feel indecisive, insecure, shy and needy.
Many then lack a clear direction and orientation. Or maybe you have ideas and goals, but you lack the inner drive to the most effective implementation possible. This lack of ambition can increase into irresponsibility.
Whoever (sleep) walks through his life like this, usually has to struggle with low self-esteem and a bad self-image. The lack of self-control often goes hand in hand with the inability to set clear boundaries for others and maintain them.
The continued lack of self-confidence and self-esteem in turn undermines the determination to do anything useful in life. The expectations and aspirations remain low and you are content with a boring, frustrating existence.
People with a weak solar plexus chakra often look for life partners or close friends with whom they can live a relationship in co-dependency.
Many also feel tired all the time, which can also be expressed in excessive laziness.
Depression and anxiety, but also addiction can be further consequences of a weakly developed third chakra.
Physically, these people often suffer from digestive problems, or even stomach ulcers, diabetes, hypoglycemia, fibromyalgia, eating disorders and other diseases related to the digestive system (for example, in connection with the appendix, pancreas, liver, kidneys, …).
Regular excessive consumption far beyond the healthy appetite (= overweight) or the exact opposite, the loss of appetite and a low body weight is often observed.
Energetic healing of the solar plexus chakras
The better you can heal your solar plexus chakra energetically, the more it will also be noticeable in a harmonization of the chakra-related life themes.
You will feel more self-confident and powerful, trust your inner voice more and learn how to progressively implement your goals and ideas (which will give you more self-confidence and self-esteem).
I can only advise you to learn the free basic H&C technique and actually practice the H&C technique at least twice a day. The subtle energies in you are thus properly set in motion and flush out everything that has energetically accumulated around your chakras as blockages.
Even the basic technique of UEC is perfect for harmonizing all your chakras. In addition, I have also developed a very effective add-on application for the healing of the solar plexus chakra that you can learn in my H&C online workshop “Let’s Heal our Chakras”.
Other methods for harmonizing the third chakra
In addition to energetic work on your solar plexus chakra, you can focus on activities in your everyday life that are good for a well-balanced third chakra. By applying the powers of this chakra regularly, you reinforce them.
To do this, you should actively listen to your gut feeling whenever it reports. If you feel something (“Something’s wrong…”, or “It feels good and right”), then follow that inner voice of yours! If you do not, you close yourself again, but by translating your inner feeling into concrete actions, you greatly increase your powers and, with them, your self-confidence and self-esteem.
Maybe you also like to set yourself small goals on a regular basis, which deliberately bring you a little bit out of your comfort zone. Every little step you take toward your next target will have a positive effect on your solar plexus chakra and will carry you on your journey to more confidence and self worth.
Find your inner courage to act by focusing on your strengths and taking small, proactive steps.
You may notice that you then automatically walk a little bit more upright (maybe faster), your voice becomes firmer and more confident, you look longer in the eyes of other people and you take more responsibility for your own health and well-being.
And if that does not get going automatically, then maybe you can help your weaker self on the jumps a little bit. Once you get started with such habits, it gradually becomes easier and they become a firm part of yourself.
Some add the color yellow to their clothing or their living situation, or they eat a lot of yellow food to support their third chakra (organic yellow pepper, organic banana, organic sunflower seeds – but please no unhealthy sunflower oil!). You can also do something good for your stomach with chamomile, mint and ginger, which also has a positive effect on your third chakra.
For example, when you meditate, you can imagine a beautiful, yellow sunflower blooming in the region of your Chakra solar plexus. Or you visualize a yellow, healing flame that dissolves and transforms everything in your stomach that blocks you internally or causes you inner pain.
And please do not use the powers of your third chakra to master others, but always to yourself, by understanding and mastering your thoughts, feelings, fears, and willpower. Then the solar plexus chakra can give you wonderful powers for your own personal journey.
